Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes

Gather and join your friends, family and co-workers to a wonderful fall morning walk in Hudson, Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown. 23.6 million Americans, including over 330,000 in Northeast Ohio, have diabetes. Become a part of Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes and start making a contribution to change the future of diabetes. Every step you take and every dollar you raise helps the ADA to fund community-based educational programs, protect the rights of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure.
 

Enjoy a light breakfast, entertainment, music and healthy living exhibits in addition to the walk itself. Participants that raise the minimum $100 will receive the official 2009 Step Out t-shirt.
