ROAD TRIP: PENN STATE vs. MICHIGAN STATE

Hi everybody, it is great to have the opportunity to write to you again. I hope that this message finds all of you well. With Blue/White weekend already a few months behind us, the 2009 football season, defending the Big Ten title, and the possibility of a BCS national championship are all right around the corner.

With much anticipation, I would like to announce that we have been selected by the athletic ticket office for a group of tickets this coming season. The game which we have been given tickets to is the annual Land Grant trophy game vs. the Michigan State Spartans on November 21st. Game time has not set at of yet.

Due to responses from last year, we tried and were able to acquire some additional tickets so a grand total of 80 tickets have been allotted to us. Brecksville Road Transit who has worked with us the past few years will again be providing us with transportation. It should take us about 4.5 hours to arrive in East Lansing.

The cost of the package which includes a ticket as well as transportation will be $125 for the local chapter association members. We will be leaving from the Holiday Inn overflow parking lot in Independence and departing 45 minutes after the game is over. More details on timing will be provided later.

 

With our buses we also have a small allotment of seats available for those that through some other source already have tickets but require some transportation. This cost would be $65. Seating is limited so act fast if this situation applies to you. Please see the registration form for this and all other details.
 

Just like this past trip, drinks and snacks will be provided but in addition this year we will also be providing sandwiches or subs so there is no need to bring any food or drinks. Due to new policies we also have been told that no alcohol is allowed to be brought on board the buses so just keep that at home as well.

To give everyone an opportunity at purchasing tickets a limit of 4 tickets will be placed for any single purchase.  These are on a 1st come first serve basis.  You must register as a member with the local club to be able to purchase tickets.  You will be contacted should your check arrive before the tickets run out.  Website will be updated along with an e-mail will be sent out once tickets are gone.
